In the September issue of PSOM they state that the third person camera now stays tight over the shoulder and is a big improvement. Melee weapons now have special attacks only available in VATS. They make mention on a throwing spear and a machine gun that shoots mini-grenades..

Spouting the Microshit zeal there with gusto.. It's Microshits dream to see the end of physical media but not for this generation or even the next. The broadband infrastructure just isn't in place in the US - not by a long shot. It might shock you to know that there are places in the US where you can only get dial-up service - try downloading even a 2GB file on dial-up.. yeah thought so.
The PSPGo has also proven people want physical media as well..
